Today we braved the weather and headed out to playground world. Once I got out of the driveway the roads were actually really good. The drive is rather long and the warmth of the car must have gotten to Daxton because he fell asleep before we were even halfway there. He was a little drowsy when we first got there, but he perked right up when he saw all the fun toys. We met up with Jordana and Terri (some other dental student wives) and their kids. Daxton loved playing on the slides, little cars, playhouse, and swings. However, his most favorite toy was this little sign telling kids to slow down. He thought it was the greatest. All those toys and he picked the sign! It was so funny. I kept carrying him over to the toys and he would always walk right back to the sign. Oh well. Daxton is in the stage where he likes to push everything. Jordana's little girl, Jayna, was sitting in a little car and Daxton would push her around the place. She just kept honking the horn with Daxton pushing her around. It was fun to watch. From there we went shopping for some baby wipes and went looking for some curtains. We found the wipes but no curtains, I guess we will just have to keep looking. On the way home I picked up a sewing machine from my friend Anna so that I can work on my quilt. Ha Ha we'll see how that goes.

uh oh Doug. She better not get hooked on this quilting thing. Before you know it she'll be drooling over some $5000 computerized Bernina that downloads stuff from the computer. I think you can also program it to run all of the electronics in the house and some of the newer models actually cook and clean as well.
