Rainy Day Fun

I know it has been a while since the last post, but now we are back in action. Anyways, a few days ago it was rainy outside but it was not cold. So we decided that we should take advantage of the opportunity and play in the rain a little. Daxton was totally loving it! He was running around screaming and pushing his dump truck all across the lawn and drive-way. Doug and I were attempting to put up the badminton net. It was not going well. Our yard is not wide enough to fit the net so after a few ingenious attempts and a couple of bent stakes, we gave up and decided to play over the telephone wires running up to our house. It was so much fun. We played for quite a while. I must say that we were a bit rusty and ended up with the birdies in bushes, trees, etc. However, by the end we had hit the birdie back and forth twenty-nine times in a row!

Why not set it up in that yard next to your house? I'm sure your neighbor wouldn't mind.

Hooray! We were really excited to see your return to the blogging world! We've missed catching up with the Corry's. Yeah sure we could call, but phones are so last year right? Daxton is so big and handsome! Boys are so fun at that age! Are you coming to Utah for the holiday's?

I see you have a countdown until your visit to Utah and I must say I'm somewhat disappointed that there is no countdown to the ND-Stanford game. Cleveland has messed up your priorities (though since the countdown is surely Maegan's doing I can understand the oversight).

Maegan-
You know you are in a bit of trouble now because you didn't tell me you had a blog! But no big deal I have remedied the situation! Even though I see you all the time I still think you have such a cute little family!

Oh. Funny. I didn't notice Tia had left the same scolding. I just saw your name on her blog and had to check to see if it was the Corry's I knew...
